At Polaris Tech, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your subscription. If you have any technical queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the service you have subscribed too is more challenging than anticipated and you attempted to resolve issues with us, we want to make things right.
We would love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve the end user’s experience.
Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) uses a broadband Internet connection for programming directly to your home without a satellite dish. Just connect your IPTV receiver to your Internet, then sit back and enjoy.
There is mix of SD, HD and 4K feeds. You can expect 720p to 1080p feeds on most sections. Please note all feeds can and will degrade as they pass through servers worldwide before getting to you.
Unfortunately, we have zero control over the servers or the content and simply have access to adding or removing your access. Just like a Cable Tech that simply connects or disconnects service for you. Please note that after submitting your request and receiving confirmation and the package is added to the server, the process is not reversible. All transactions are final after 24 hours and there are no returns once that time window has lapsed.

A MAC address is a unique identifier tied to your hardware on your MAG Box, Android Box, Smart TV or device. It always starts with 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX You will need to provide MAC address to register your device.
Based on the internet speed required per content as defined above the following is estimated internet consumption (BANDWIDTH) per month based on using your IPTV service 8 hours per day.
Live TV Channels:
• SD = 750Kbps = 329.58 MB / Hour @ 8 Hours per Day = 81.73 GB / Month
• HD = 1 Mbps = 439.43 MB / Hour @ 8 Hours per Day = 108.98 GB / Month
Video on Demand Movies:
• SD = 650Kbps = 285.63 MB / Hour @ 8 Hours per Day = 70.83 GB / Month
• HD = 1.4 Mbps = 615.21 MB / Hour @ 8 Hours per Day = 152.57 GB / Month
IPTV is not recommended for those users who don’t have a high limit or an unlimited internet connection, or users who have a very small amount of bandwidth available monthly.
Yes, but for best results, use a network cable to connect your IPTV Receiver to your ROUTER/MODEM.
Restart your modem, router, and device. Please keep in mind that every channel and every feed has to be streamed from multiple offshore servers worldwide to get to you. Due to this complexity, sometimes the connections are not stable due to weather, storms, or satellite outages. The service provider knows about the channel outages as soon as they happen and always works to resolve problems in a timely fashion. Please be patient and check in on the channel as it will eventually be resolved.
You can leave us a message which we will forward to the server, although, chances are that they are already aware of the issue. Rest assured that the longer they run without interruption the higher server reputation grows, and that is particularly important to them.
There are several factors that could cause this. The source of the feed could have frozen. The path the feed took through the internet could have had problems. Your own internet connection might have had a momentary blip, or even your own internal connection could experience packet loss to a small degree depending on your setup. Because of all these factors, the servers cannot guarantee the availability of any channel or any feed based on how many factors are involved that are completely out of our control.
Yes, because there is no download. It works like YouTube. The IPTV only streams the available content on the web, so there is no physical copy made. Please note as mentioned before all the videos and audio content is streamed from servers that do not belong to us. We are not responsible for those servers. We do not possess nor distribute any video or audio content.
No. As mentioned above, the device only streams channels. Downloading internet content is illegal in Canada unless you bought it or possess its rights. However, you have access to many channels that allow you to watch rebroadcast and on-demand content.
